Based on The Coordinated Approach to Child Health (CATCH) PE Program that is incorporated into many elementary and middle schools throughout the country, this app provides the activities that have been proven to improve physical activity and overall fitness. Research suggests that increased exposure to these activities will further support positive long-term results. NOTE: The app currently has K-6 to K-8 (middle school) CATCH PE content.
So parents and coaches, it s up to you to get your kids on the right track and Kids Activities is here to help.
Organized into sport categories, provided plans keep kids active and engaged while teaching them a wide range of skills. Scroll through these two-week long plans or browse daily lessons and activities to pick the perfect one for the day. Maybe you feel like doing something new? Simply create your own lesson. If it becomes your child s or team s favorite, star it to come back to again later. Why not even share it over Facebook so friends or teammate s parents can see what your kids are up to!
